LUKE 12:35
Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds.
We expect that each new member that connects witht the
training process of the church will experiencea complete metamorphosis
that will touch different aspects of their lives and be ready for basic
leadership responsibilities in the kingdom. Give us one year of your
life and you will not be the same again. We also expect that everyone
will continue to experience growth in the different frontiers of their
lives as they continue to advance in responsibilities of the kingdom
of God. Six things form the foundation upon which this aspiration can
stand. Capital Assembly must be:
1. A Praying Church:
Prayer is power! It is the sustaining force behind all spiritual accomplisments.
2. A Worshipping Church:
If we learn to worship God collectively and individually (in private) we will walk in the favour of god.
Worship is the reason for our creation and it is the heart of God's desire concerning us. A worshipping person will walk in favour with God.
3. A Studying Church:
This doesn't mean a well-taught church (having fantastic teachers) but a church where people are directed and motivated to study for themselves. When a church begins to study even the teaching office finds greater liberty of operation.
4. An Evangelizing church:
Evangelism, to a church, is like breathing is to a body. A church on fire will spread the life/love of God to the world around it. Evangelism must be collective and also personal. It must therefore be taught, encouraged and introduced.
5. A Disciple Making Church:
Disciple making to a church is like breast milk to a child. A new convert is like a new born baby. A church must teach and encourage its members to collectively and personally make disciples. We will put in place a system that will ensure that all the members of The Capital Assembly are making disciples.
6. A systematically Structured Church:
We will not be a personality driven chruch but one that will run on systems and structure. These systems and structures will be magnified, honoured and enforced by all members of the church. The systems will be continually upgraded as the spirit directs.

In order to fulfil the responsibility, weekly activities, special seminars and training programmes will also be designed to spur the members on in these areas rather that to occupy, entertain or accommodate them. Special evangelism days will be organized. Evangelism must be taught.
The Capital Assembly is a training institute. We are a School of
Ministry.
To put it in other words: The Capital Assembly was set up by God to train, equip and prepare God's people for the ultimate fulfilment of the leadership role that God has for each individual. The church is therefore a training institute.
Every activity that the church engages in will have this objective in mind. Every person, who joins himself/herself to this church, has automatically enlisted in the training programme of the church.
Because of this obejective, the church is not focused on looking out for the already prepared, matured and perfected believers who are already set in their ways. Our focus is to look out for zealous and malleable people, ready to be molded, with a thirst for growth and perfection. These are people who have their eyes focused on the fulfilment of Gods purpose for their lives.
We believe that God wants everybody to see somebody. As such nobody in the church is allowed to be just 'anybody'. Each person should aspire to become a leader in the specific role or position that God has predestined for him or her.
The Capital Assembly is not aimed at being a social, recreational or even the usual religious establisment. Rather, it is a training institute for preparing and equipping people for the realities and challenges of their God ordained mission in life. The church seeks to help each individual discern, discover and attain his/her destiny in God.
